A controversial proposal to rezone Oliver’s Centennial RV Park for a hotel development will go before an open house and public hearing on Tuesday.

The town will host a question-and-answer session from 5:30 to 6 p.m. with staff and a contract planner.

That will be followed immediately afterwards by the public hearing with Oliver town council. Speakers will have to put their name on a list and will get three minutes each to state their case. Repeats will be allowed once everyone has had a chance to speak.

Both events will be staged in the Oliver Community Centre.
