Dominican chef Anthony Fernandez It was announced this Monday that it will offer gastronomy classes in virtual mode, which will provide certification Canadian Gastronomic Institute.
Plans to start classes March 2024.
In an interview with Diario Libre USA, Fernandez, who has worked as an executive chef at several Canadian restaurants, said the partner of one of them, his project is focused on opening culinary schools for teens and children. Face to face as soon as the infection is allowed.
“I have been in Canada for many years and have lived in other countries. I have worked quietly and am ready to carry our flag and the name of our country higher than ever,” he said. The food is handled with the right order, ”said the cook.
Fernandez also stressed that it is important for children to grow up with the necessary gastronomic discipline.
“My interest in cooking started at the age of 14, but my career in the culinary arts started at the age of 17. I am interested in cooking and gastronomy,” he noted.
The chef explained that the classes will focus on food handling, cuts, temperature, flavors, presentation and coating.
