Heart health subject of Valentine’s Day presentation

While most of us were thinking with our hearts Wednesday — it being Valentine's Day — the Osoyoos branch of the Okanagan Regional Library suggested we should be thinking about our hearts. A Health Lifestyle presentation held at the branch explored heart health, the discussion focusing on heart wellness, how cholesterol playsa role in the risk of heart attack and stroke and what we can do to reduce those risks. About two dozen people attended the session.
