David Zaslav outlines the Warner Brothers movie

Warner Bros. Discovery Executive Director David Zaslav Finally committed to a new strategy paper for Warner Bros. Group. Motion Picture Group.

In a Wednesday note to his employees he obtained diverseZaslav told studio staff he would create “three distinct film divisions around Warner Bros. Pictures/New Line Cinema, Warner Bros. Feature Animation, and DC-Based Film Production.” These units are supposed to report directly to Zaslav. Regarding De Luca and Abdi, Zaslav said the pair were “very talented creative leaders with a proven track record of success,” and that he looked forward to “seeing them take this iconic century-old studio to even greater levels of film excellence.”

This morning, Toby Emmerich informed his team of his decision to step down as Warner Bros. Group Chairman. Pictures Group and launching his own production company. I’ve known Toby for years, he’s a great leader and friend to me and so many, and I’m so happy for him, and even more so happy that he’s chosen to remain part of the Warner Bros.
